Insight Tribe, VPRO Partner to Expand Cardiac Imaging Services Across India

The partnership will serve both diagnostic centres entering cardiac imaging and those seeking to strengthen existing capabilities.

The Insight Tribe, a Pune-based boutique consulting firm, has partnered with VPRO Cardiac Imaging Solutions, a Pune-based cardiothoracic imaging reporting startup, to help diagnostic centres across India establish and scale cardiac imaging services.

The collaboration brings together market and growth strategy with subspecialist expertise in cardiac MRI, cardiac CT, and vascular imaging.

Through RadioActiv, The Insight Tribe’s growth strategy practice for diagnostic centres, the partnership will help centres assess the opportunity for cardiac imaging, develop service models and plan their implementation.

The approach brings clinical expertise into the expansion process rather than treating technology investment and specialist capability as separate considerations.

Under the collaboration, VPRO will provide subspecialist reporting for cardiac MRI, cardiac CT, and vascular imaging.

Its role will also cover protocol development, training and planning support for structural heart procedures, including transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) and transcatheter mitral valve replacement (TMVR).

VPRO brings together cardiothoracic imaging specialists, including Dr (Major) Vimal Raj, Consultant Cardiothoracic Radiologist at Narayana Health and a member of VPRO’s leadership team.

“Centres are investing in advanced imaging equipment, but developing dependable sub-specialist cardiac reporting capabilities remains challenging,” Dr Raj said. “VPRO aims to bridge this gap through specialist reporting, training and structured clinical support.”
