Infinite Computer Solutions Launches Epic-Focused Center of Excellence in Dubai

The initiative is aimed at addressing growing demand from healthcare providers and payers seeking specialized Epic implementation, optimization, and managed services.

Infinite Computer Solutions has announced the launch of a new Center of Excellence (COE) in Dubai to support healthcare organizations using Epic Systems’ electronic health record (EHR) platform.

The initiative is aimed at addressing growing demand from healthcare providers and payers seeking specialized Epic implementation, optimization, and managed services.

According to the company, Infinite is among a limited number of global solution providers offering a dedicated COE focused on Epic. The Dubai-based facility is staffed with certified Epic analysts and is designed to provide centralized expertise across a range of EHR-related services, including customization, third-party integration, upgrades, reporting, and system optimization.

The COE model is intended to help healthcare organizations manage workforce constraints and operational complexity associated with large-scale Epic deployments. By centralizing certified Epic talent, Infinite said healthcare providers can reduce dependency on localized staffing models, mitigate human capital risk, and access specialized skills on demand.

Infinite’s Epic COE will support both payer and provider organizations across multiple geographies, leveraging a global workforce to deliver around-the-clock services. The company noted that services provided through the COE include Epic implementation support, enhancement and standardization services, technical integration, and ongoing application management.

Commenting on the launch, Jake Morrison, Global Practice Head for Healthcare at Infinite, said the COE was established in response to increasing demand for more structured and scalable Epic support as adoption of the EHR platform expanded over the past decade. He added that the company has aligned its service delivery model around defined service-level agreement (SLA) metrics to support results-based delivery.

Infinite stated that its global delivery approach allows healthcare organizations to access continuous support while managing costs associated with long-term Epic maintenance and project work. The COE operates on a 24/7 support model, enabling Epic analysts to address system issues, manage enhancements, and provide additional build capacity as needed.

The company also noted that the COE structure is designed to support system uptime and continuity of care by ensuring consistent access to certified Epic expertise. According to Infinite, the centralized model can support both routine maintenance and project-based work while reducing overall operational costs compared to traditional application support models.

Infinite said it plans to continue expanding its Epic-related capabilities and services as healthcare organizations increasingly rely on EHR platforms to support clinical and operational workflows.
