India’s Watch Your Health Buys Rootally to Expand Clinical Risk Prediction AI

These include AI-based clinical decision support tools that have already shown real-world results in identifying early-stage health risks across a range of conditions.

Watch Your Health has acquired Rootally, a Singapore-based artificial intelligence (AI) company focused on clinical risk prediction, in a move set to deepen its presence across proactive health and insurance ecosystems in Asia.

Rootally brings with it jointly developed intellectual property rights (IPR) created in collaboration with several leading Singapore hospitals.

These include AI-based clinical decision support tools that have already shown real-world results in identifying early-stage health risks across a range of conditions.

“This acquisition marks a major step forward in our mission to build region-specific, clinically validated AI tools for proactive health and insurance ecosystems,” the company said in a statement.

The acquisition will enable Watch Your Health to integrate Rootally’s deep tech capabilities and clinical partnerships with its own distribution and scale across India, the GCC, and Southeast Asia.

“With Rootally's deep tech and clinical collaborations, and Watch Your Health's scale and distribution, we are now better equipped to deliver smarter, AI-powered healthcare decisions,” the company added.

Founded in 2015 by Ratheesh Nair, Abhitosh Pandey, Jay Patel, Prachi Shinde, Prasanth Prabhakaran, and Ashok Nair, Watch Your Health aims to enhance customer engagement and experience for insurers and pharmaceutical companies.
