IKS Health & Certilytics Expand Agentic AI Collaboration to Close the Payer-Provider Gap

By embedding governance frameworks and human oversight into AI workflows, both companies are addressing concerns around reliability, compliance, and clinical safety.

IKS Health, a global leader in care enablement solutions, and Certilytics, an AI-driven healthcare intelligence provider, have expanded their strategic collaboration to deploy agentic AI systems supported by human-in-the-loop oversight, aiming to improve coordination between payers and providers while reducing administrative inefficiencies.

The expanded partnership has introduced an integrated ecosystem combining Certilytics’ BrainstormAI Studio and CertHLM with IKS Health’s Agentic Care Enablement Platform, enabling AI agents to execute complex healthcare workflows while remaining under continuous human supervision to ensure safety and accuracy.

Founded in 2006, IKS Health, a prominent care enablement and technology solutions provider, headquartered in Mumbai, has focused on reducing administrative and operational burdens across healthcare systems, while Kentucky-based Certilytics has specialized in predictive analytics and AI-driven decision support since 2014.

“At IKS Health, our mission is to enable care by removing the chores that prevent great outcomes. But for AI to be truly effective in healthcare, it must be responsible,” said Sachin K. Gupta, Founder and Global CEO of IKS Health.

He further added that, expanding our partnership with Certilytics, we are connecting payer rules and provider workflows through predictive analytics with our proven human-in-the-loop model serving as the ultimate safeguard for clinical and administrative accuracy.

The initiative focuses on three operational areas. First, prior authorization processes are being redesigned using real-time, payer-specific rule engines, with more than 70% of workflows expected to be automated, reducing turnaround times and easing provider workload.

Second, member engagement is shifting from passive notifications to proactive outreach aimed at closing care gaps through timely clinical interventions. Third, the collaboration introduces point-of-care price transparency, offering patients and employers clearer financial expectations during care delivery rather than post-treatment.

“We are equally excited about this unique partnership with IKS Health to bring providers, health plans, payers, and plan sponsors together in making full use of the science and computing power of generative AI capabilities,” said Merle A. Ryland, CEO of Certilytics.
