Hyderabad’s KIMS Hospital Rolls Out AI Monitoring for Faster Clinical Response

The platform enables round-the-clock remote monitoring of patient vitals through wireless wearable devices.

KIMS Hospital, Hyderabad, has launched an Artificial Intelligence-powered early warning system designed to continuously assess how in-patients respond to treatment.

The platform enables round-the-clock remote monitoring of patient vitals through wireless wearable devices.

Any change in a patient’s condition is detected immediately and triggers real-time alerts to clinical teams, allowing faster coordination between doctors and nursing staff, as per the hospital’s press communication.

Bhaskar Rao, chairman and managing director of KIMS Group of Hospitals, said the hospital has been adopting advanced medical technologies across departments, including augmented-reality-assisted neurosurgery, imaging systems, AI diagnostic tools and digital patient-experience platforms.

“The new AI-enabled monitoring system allows clinicians to observe patient conditions continuously and make more informed decisions at the bedside,” he said.
