HUMETA Secures $2 Mn Pre-Seed Funding to Fuel Global Expansion

The investment comes after a $300,000 angel funding round in July 2025.

Following its announcement of expansion into the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the United States, HealthPresso TechnoMedia’s AI-powered healthcare content platform, HUMETA, has raised USD 2 million in a pre-seed funding round.

The investment comes after a $300,000 angel funding round in July 2025 and is aimed at scaling technology, building local partnerships, and integrating the platform with hospital systems in the UAE and the US.

Originally launched in India, HUMETA is designed to simplify complex medical communication between healthcare professionals and patients. Built on proprietary Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and trained on over 3.5 million verified medical datasets, the platform generates multilingual, regulation-ready content across over 50 medical specialties. Its outputs adhere to FDA, EMA, and CDSCO guidelines.

"With our expansion, we're now enabling content creation at the point of care in the UAE through hospital networks, clinics, and standalone specialty centers, and in the USA, where we're working with medical associations and pharma brands to ensure every piece of healthcare communication is grounded in accuracy and governance," said Daleep Manhas, CEO & Co-Founder of HUMETA.

The platform addresses a significant gap in healthcare content creation. Globally, only 15–20 percent of doctors actively contribute to health content management, leaving nearly 10 million out of 12 million physicians passive. In India, fewer than 5 percent of the 1.2 million registered allopathic doctors generate content, despite over 50,000 new MBBS graduates joining the workforce each year. HUMETA aims to activate this silent majority and ensure accurate, credible communication in healthcare.

"The danger isn't just in what's missing, it's in what's misrepresented. HUMETA brings order to this chaos. A platform that understands clinical nuance, complies with regulations and empowers every healthcare actor to create credible, intelligent communication," said Siddhant Srivastava, Co-Founder & Partner-Business Growth.
