Gujarat Kidney & Super Speciality IPO to Raise INR 250.80 Cr for Expansion Plans

The company plans to utilise the proceeds from the issue for multiple purposes, including the proposed acquisition of Parekhs Hospital in Ahmedabad.

Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality, initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for public subscription on Monday, December 22, 2025, and will remain open until December 24, according to information available on the issue.

The Rs 250.80 crore IPO has a price band fixed at Rs 108 to Rs 114 per share. The company’s shares are expected to be allotted by December 26, while listing on the stock exchanges is proposed for December 30.

As per platforms tracking grey market activity, the IPO is commanding a grey market premium (GMP) in the range of 7 to 9 percent. Investorgain has quoted a GMP of Rs 8 per share, while IPO Watch has indicated a GMP of 9 percent.

The company plans to utilise the proceeds from the issue for multiple purposes, including the proposed acquisition of Parekhs Hospital in Ahmedabad and part-payment of the purchase consideration for the already acquired Ashwini Medical Centre.

Funds will also be allocated for setting up a new hospital in Vadodara, purchasing robotic equipment for the Vadodara facility, repayment of debt, funding inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.

Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality Limited operates a chain of mid-sized multi-speciality hospitals in Gujarat, providing integrated healthcare services with a focus on secondary and tertiary care.

The company currently runs seven multi-speciality hospitals with a total bed capacity of 490 beds, an approved bed capacity of 445 beds, and an operational bed capacity of 340 beds.

Founded in 2014 as a proprietorship and later incorporated as a public limited company in 2023 by Dr. Pragnesh Bharpoda, the company focuses on renal sciences and multi-speciality care in Western India. Its medical services include nephrology, urology, kidney transplants, cardiology, and orthopaedics, supported by a network of seven hospitals and four in-house pharmacies across Gujarat.
