GSK Pharma Names Ronojit Biswas CFO as Juby Chandy Moves to APAC Finance Role
Biswas brings more than 25 years of experience within the GSK ecosystem. He joined GSK in 1999 as a management trainee in India and has since held several senior finance roles across multiple geographies.
GSK Pharma India has announced a leadership transition in its finance function, appointing Ronojit Biswas as Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer starting April 1, 2026. Current CFO Juby Chandy will step down in March to assume responsibility for APAC Finance within the broader GSK organization.
Biswas brings more than 25 years of experience within the GSK ecosystem. He joined GSK in 1999 as a management trainee in India and has since held several senior finance roles across multiple geographies.
Over the course of his career, he has worked in markets including India, Vietnam, Singapore, Brazil and the United Kingdom, gaining exposure to both regional operations and global corporate functions.
Before his latest appointment, Biswas served as Senior Finance Director for Global Product Strategy, based in Singapore. In earlier roles, he worked as Chief Financial Officer for GSK’s businesses in Brazil and Vietnam and also served as Regional Controller for the company’s international region.
His academic background includes a Postgraduate Program in Management with a specialization in Finance from the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon, along with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from St. Xavier’s College in Kolkata.
