Fortis Network Hospital Gleneagles Names Bharath Kanth Reddy CEO for Chennai & Hyderabad Cluster

The appointment follows the integration of Gleneagles Hospitals in Hyderabad and Chennai into the Fortis Network. The facilities include locations in L.B. Nagar and Lakdi-ka-Pul in Hyderabad, and Sholinganallur in Chennai.

Bharath Kanth Reddy has joined Fortis Network Hospital Gleneagles as Chief Executive Officer for the Chennai and Hyderabad cluster, marking a leadership transition across the network’s operations in the two cities.

He further announced the development in a LinkedIn post, stating, “I am thrilled to announce I'm joining Fortis Healthcare Network Hospital, Gleneagles as CEO for Chennai & Hyderabad cluster, after a rewarding six years at KIMS Hospitals, Secunderabad as COO.”

He added, “I'm looking forward to this new chapter and contributing to the team's success. Grateful to everyone who supported me along the way.”

The appointment follows the integration of Gleneagles Hospitals in Hyderabad and Chennai into the Fortis Network. The facilities include locations in L.B. Nagar and Lakdi-ka-Pul in Hyderabad, and Sholinganallur in Chennai.

Reddy brings experience in hospital operations and management, having most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at KIMS Hospitals in Secunderabad.

Prior to this, he held the role of Vice President and Unit Head at AMRI Hospitals in the Greater Kolkata area. He also spent over a decade at Dr Agarwal’s Eye Hospital, where he served as Vice President Operations.

His earlier roles include positions at Apollo Hospitals, where he was involved in ward and ICU management and additional responsibilities at the Apollo International Referral Centre and infirmary at the Indian School of Business campus.
