Dishant Gupta Appointed Chief Technology Officer at Sterling Hospitals

Sterling Hospitals has appointed Dishant Gupta as its Chief Technology Officer, effective December 16, 2025.
In his new role, Gupta will lead the technology and cybersecurity roadmap for Sterling Hospitals. His responsibilities will include overseeing digital transformation initiatives and strengthening IT infrastructure across the hospital network.
Gupta brings over 15 years of experience in technology and digital transformation within the healthcare sector. His career includes leadership roles focused on modernising legacy IT systems, optimising application portfolios, and managing complex IT projects aimed at improving patient care delivery and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Sterling Hospitals, Gupta served as Group Head – Information Technology and Digital Healthcare at Livasa Hospitals. He has also held senior technology and digital healthcare roles at Medanta, Meitra Hospital, MAX Lab by MAX Hospitals and Portea Medical. Earlier in his career, he worked with HCL Technologies, HCL Infosystems, Akhil Systems and Apollo Health Street.
