Its enables service across 15 states, 50 cities, and 5,000 pincodes with a 60-minute delivery.

Davaindia, India’s first generic pharmacy retail chain under Zota Healthcare Ltd, has introduced its e-commerce services and last-mile delivery in Jaipur, marking its retail rollout in Rajasthan.

Its enables service across 15 states, 50 cities, and 5,000 pincodes with a 60-minute delivery.

In Jaipur, Kota, and Udaipur, last-mile delivery ensures medicines and wellness products reach households in both urban and semi-urban areas within an hour.

“Our first press conference in Jaipur is a significant development. Rajasthan has rich vibrancy and culture, and announcing our presence here is a demonstration of our commitment to gap bridging healthcare delivery with technology. With 42 company-owned outlets, and new stores getting ready to launch alongside AI-enabled supply chain systems and pharmacist-driven service, we are not only expanding but creating a digital-first ecosystem where families have affordable, predictable and trusted healthcare brought to their homes,” said Dr. Sujit Paul, Group CEO, Zota Healthcare Ltd.

The company also showcased its product portfolio, including generics, OTC medicines, nutraceuticals, ayurvedic products, sports supplements, surgical supplies, wellness products, and exclusive Khadi India offerings. The rollout highlighted the social dimension of its mission, focused on local employment, improved healthcare access in underserved areas, and building healthier communities.

“Healthcare should be simple, affordable and trusted. When we combine our physical presence with a strong digital platform, we are making sure that no family in India has to make a trade-off between timely, quality and affordable healthcare services,” Dr. Paul added.
