Credent Launches On-Demand Home Sample Collection Network for Diagnostic Labs Across 10+ Cities
Samples are transported through a temperature-controlled process, with status visibility throughout the journey.
Delhi-based Credent Connect N Care (C3logistics) has launched an on-demand home sample collection service for Diagnostic Labs across 10+ Cities, enabling laboratories to arrange doorstep sample collection through a managed network of trained phlebotomists.
The service covers more than 1,500 PIN codes and is designed to help laboratories expand their home collection operations without maintaining a dedicated field workforce.
Tarun Sharma, Chairman and Managing Director of Credent, said, “With on-demand home collection, we are taking that capability closer to the patient. Our objective is simple: enable diagnostic laboratories to offer reliable home collection wherever their patients need it, without requiring them to build a complete field network themselves. We believe this can make home collection more accessible, scalable, and operationally efficient for laboratories across India.”
The service operates on a pay-per-use basis, with no retainers or fixed minimum commitments.
Laboratories can use the network to enter new locations, manage peak morning demand, accommodate seasonal increases, or accept last-minute collection requests without immediately investing in permanent teams.
According to the company, its existing network handles more than 10,000 collections every month.
Credent’s technology platform provides laboratory teams with visibility into bookings, phlebotomist assignments, collection progress, sample transit, and delivery.
It supports individual and bulk bookings, scheduled and on-demand visits, city-level monitoring, operational reporting, and reconciliation.
Samples are transported through a temperature-controlled process, with status visibility throughout the journey.
Credent reports a typical turnaround of around 90 minutes from booking to phlebotomist arrival, while delivery to the laboratory generally takes place within four hours of collection, depending on location and operating conditions.
The company said its collections are handled by uniformed, background-verified phlebotomists who receive instructions on partner laboratories’ standard operating procedures.
Credent plans to expand its coverage across additional cities and pin codes while strengthening the technology and operational infrastructure supporting home-based diagnostics.
