The Collaborative AI Research Labs Foundation (CAiRL) has entered into a strategic partnership with the Atal Incubation Centre – CCMB (Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology), Hyderabad, through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The agreement was formalized by Sarvesh Singh, Director General of CAiRL, and Dr. N. Madhusudhan Rao, CEO of AIC-CCMB.
This alliance marks a significant move toward fostering a robust innovation ecosystem at the intersection of artificial intelligence and life sciences.
The collaboration is aimed at co-developing initiatives that promote AI-driven research, support startup incubation, and encourage cross-disciplinary advancements in biotechnology and healthcare.
The partnership will prioritize key research areas such as AI applications in genomics, drug discovery, and diagnostics.
It will also focus on accelerating biotech and healthtech startups, launching joint workshops, fellowships, and research grants, and initiating collaborative projects that combine data science with molecular biology.
By enabling researchers and bio-entrepreneurs to access advanced AI tools, mentorship, and global networks, CAiRL and AIC-CCMB aim to advance scientific discovery and translational research in India significantly.
