Apollo Hospitals K'taka Names Akshay Oleti as CEO
Oleti is expected to focus on clinical excellence, patient experience, and sustainable growth as the group strengthens its position as the world’s largest integrated healthcare platform.
In a move to scale its presence across Karnataka, Apollo Hospitals has appointed Akshay Oleti as Chief Executive Officer for the state.
In his new role, Oleti will majorly focus on clinical excellence, patient experience, and sustainable growth as the group strengthens its position as the world’s largest integrated healthcare platform.
Oleti has close to two decades of experience in healthcare leadership, having worked with several major hospital groups in India. He most recently served as Business Head – Bangalore at Fortis Healthcare, where he managed a cluster of four hospitals comprising 1,400 beds with an annual turnover of ₹1,000 crores.
Prior to that, he was Cluster Head – Bangalore at Rainbow Children’s Hospitals, overseeing three hospitals and guiding the expansion of two additional facilities.
His contributions spanned revenue growth, oncology care strategy, and hospital performance improvement.
