Amazon One Medical Partners With Reperio Health for At-Home Preventive Screenings

Under the partnership, individuals can complete Reperio Health’s at-home screening test and, if clinically appropriate, connect to One Medical for ongoing primary care services.

Amazon One Medical has entered into a partnership with preventive care company Reperio Health to provide individuals with access to at-home preventive health screenings alongside One Medical’s hybrid primary care services.

Under the partnership, individuals can complete Reperio Health’s at-home screening test and, if clinically appropriate, connect to One Medical for ongoing primary care services. The collaboration links home-based testing with in-person and virtual care options through One Medical’s membership-based model.

Reperio Health, headquartered in Portland, Oregon, works with employers, health plans, providers, and individuals to deliver at-home preventive screening solutions. Its core offering, the ReperioKit, allows users to complete health screenings at home and view results through a mobile application. Through its ReperioCare service, users can also connect with a licensed clinician to review results and discuss next steps.

The FDA-cleared, Bluetooth-enabled ReperioKit measures multiple health indicators, including blood pressure, body fat mass, glucose levels (fasting and non-fasting), heart rate, body mass index, cholesterol, and triglycerides. The screening is positioned as an entry point for identifying potential health risks and facilitating follow-up care when needed.

One Medical provides membership-based primary care with access to in-person appointments, 24/7 virtual visits, provider messaging, and prescription support. Through the partnership, individuals who complete a Reperio screening will be offered access to a One Medical membership for continued primary care management if required.

“Preventive care is having its Amazon moment,” said Travis Rush, CEO and cofounder of Reperio Health, in a statement. He pointed to growing consumer expectations for convenience and faster access to healthcare services.

The collaboration comes amid broader efforts to improve preventive care adoption in the United States. According to the US Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, many individuals do not receive all recommended preventive services. Barriers include limited awareness, cost concerns, lack of access to primary care providers, transportation challenges, and geographic distance from healthcare facilities.

Reperio Health has been expanding its footprint beyond Oregon and Washington. The company raised $14 million in funding in 2025 to support national expansion, following a $6 million funding round in 2021.

The at-home testing space continues to see increased activity, with companies such as LetsGetChecked and Everlywell also offering consumer-accessible diagnostic tests across multiple health categories.
