According to the company, the solution has led to observable improvements in patient behavior, engagement, and overall health outcomes.

India-based digital healthcare platform Zyla Health has announced the expansion of its AI-powered cardiometabolic treatment model across Southeast Asia.

The development comes after its 2024 regional launch, with the company reporting increasing adoption by doctors managing conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, and chronic heart failure.

Zyla Health’s digital platform is currently prescribed by hundreds of physicians in the region.

According to the company, the solution has led to observable improvements in patient behavior, engagement, and overall health outcomes.

Khushboo Aggarwal, CEO of Zyla Health, stated, “Our mission is to deliver high-quality, personalized care to the farthest reaches of the globe. The initial success we have achieved in Southeast Asia demonstrates that with the right combination of technology, medical knowledge, and local customization, we can facilitate meaningful and sustainable health outcomes worldwide.”

High Engagement and System Compatibility

The platform is structured for international scalability, with its patient management system aligned to global coding protocols like ICD-10, LOINC, ATC, and CPT. This enables compatibility with a wide range of health systems.

The platform features an AI-driven lifestyle intervention model that connects clinical data to nutritional and behavioral strategies. Local care teams customize these strategies based on language, culture, and regional practices.

According to internal data shared by Zyla, patients using the platform spend an average of 12 minutes daily on the app. Around 75 percent of users continue their care into the second quarter, indicating higher retention rates compared to domestic usage. Over 50 percent of patients also reported symptomatic improvement.
