Zeno Health Launches ‘Pay It Forward’ to Back Affordable Healthcare Startups

The platform will provide selected startups with access to Zeno Health’s 180+ retail stores across Mumbai and Pune and visibility on Zeno’s digital platforms, including its app and website.
Mumbai-based Zeno Health has launched a new platform—‘Pay It Forward’—to support early-stage healthcare and wellness startups building affordable solutions for Bharat.
Marking its eighth anniversary, the company announced the initiative to assist startups through retail access, digital distribution, and mentorship.
The platform will provide selected startups with access to Zeno Health’s 180+ retail stores across Mumbai and Pune and visibility on Zeno’s digital platforms, including its app and website.
Retail and Digital Access for Bharat-Focused Startups
The initiative will be open to startups working across healthcare categories such as medicines, diagnostics, insurance, hygiene, nutrition, preventive care, derma, OTC, and other segments focused on improving access to quality care. These startups will benefit from distribution support and consumer access across urban and rural regions.
Siddharth Gadia, Co-founder and CEO of Zeno Health, said, “Over the next five years, our goal is not just to build a formidable business but also to enable those who are working towards offering quality, affordable healthcare to Bharat. That’s the only way we can revolutionise India’s healthcare industry.”
In addition to distribution, the selected startups will receive mentorship from Zeno’s leadership, including guidance from its founders. The platform is designed to support without taking equity or seeking credit.
Girish Agarwal, Co-founder and COO of Zeno Health, stated, “Through ‘Pay It Forward, ‘we want to create a founder-first platform that helps startups bring impactful solutions to the people who need them most. We’re not taking equity. We’re not doing this for credit. We’re doing it because India needs more healthcare disruptors and because we understand the challenges startups face in building something meaningful.”
Applications for the initiative are open via a simple online form, with the company calling on early-stage ventures committed to accessible healthcare to apply.
