UST Signs $2 Bn AI Transformation Deals in Healthcare
The partnerships focus on data and AI-led personalisation, operational transformation, automation, and next-generation digital platforms.
UST, a global digital technology and transformation company headquartered in Aliso Viejo, California, has entered into engagements valued at more than $2 billion.
As per reports, the partnership has been signed with three leading healthcare companies. The collaborations are aimed at advancing AI-driven innovation and reshaping the healthcare technology landscape.
A company spokesman said one “cornerstone engagement” involves unlocking personalised insights from a dataset representing over 70 million covered individuals.
According to the company, the multi-year collaborations underscore UST’s growing influence in the healthcare technology market. The partnerships focus on data and AI-led personalisation, operational transformation, automation, and next-generation digital platforms.
UST will apply its healthcare domain expertise, AI and data intelligence capabilities, and the strength of its Evolve platform to deliver human-centred, efficient, and scalable solutions for healthcare payers and insurers. The Evolve strategy helps identify and design high-impact solutions that deliver value across scales and systems.
The company also brings expertise in managing Third-Party Administrator (TPA) technology platforms, enabling large-scale transformation for health insurers seeking agility and speed. It plans to invest further in infrastructure and innovation to support clients and the communities they serve.
