TrioTree Rolls Out AI Voice-to-Data Tool, Adds Dhamani Integration

The system captures real-time doctor-patient interactions and converts them into structured medical data, supporting 178 languages, including mixed-language formats commonly used in clinical settings.

TrioTree Technologies has implemented its AI and NLP-powered voice-to-structured-data system across partner clinics.

The system captures real-time doctor-patient interactions and converts them into structured medical data, supporting 178 languages, including mixed-language formats commonly used in clinical settings.

The tool combines speech recognition with medical-focused natural language processing to extract clinical information such as patient complaints, medical history, prescriptions, and lab orders. These data points are directly integrated into Hospital Information Systems (HIS), aiming to support clinical workflows without disruption.

“Our goal has always been to reduce the cognitive and administrative load on doctors by embedding intelligence into clinical workflows. This launch marks a leap forward in that direction. They can now have a natural conversation with the patient while our system works silently in the background, structuring every detail and syncing it directly with the EMR. This AI-powered clinical understanding, multilingual, context-aware, and fully interoperable,” said Akanksha Rajeev, co-founder and client executive, TrioTree Technologies.

TrioTree has been named one of the first authorized integrators for Dhamani, Oman’s National Health Insurance Platform, which is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

“Our integration with Dhamani, Oman’s National Health Insurance Platform, regulated by the FSA, is a proud moment for us. It shows how our technology can meet international standards and adapt to different healthcare systems. This collaboration highlights our focus on building practical, secure, and easy-to-integrate solutions that work not just in India but in countries with varying healthcare needs,” said Naresh Rana, co-founder and chief product officer, TrioTree Technologies.

AI-based OT documentation introduced

The company has also introduced AI-assisted documentation for operation theaters. Surgeons can dictate or type surgical notes in free-form language, which the system converts into standardized formats. The tool captures key details such as diagnoses, procedures, and post-operative instructions for inclusion in patient records.
