TeleVox showcased its newest product, SMART Agent, an AI-powered virtual assistant designed to enhance patient experiences, at HIMSS 2025, which took place from March 3-6 in Las Vegas.

As part of West Technology Group, LLC, managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, TeleVox offered solutions for omnichannel patient relationship management (PRM).

This collaboration enhanced their offerings, featuring advanced voice technology and generative AI capabilities for SMS and chat. The combined expertise was expected to strengthen their market position and facilitate future growth.
Additionally, TeleVox co-sponsored the HIMSS25 Blood Drive, encouraging attendees to donate blood, learn about their blood type, receive a mini-physical, and earn a free gift while supporting community health initiatives.
