Press Ganey Forsta, a global provider of experience measurement and data analytics, serves over 43,000 clients, including 41,000 healthcare providers worldwide. The acquisition marks a strategic step toward combining Qualtrics’ technology with Press Ganey Forsta’s extensive benchmarking data and healthcare expertise.
The partnership is expected to strengthen Qualtrics’ existing AI tools—such as Conversational Feedback, Qualtrics Assist, and Experience Agents—by integrating Press Ganey Forsta’s sector-specific data. According to IDC, the investment also aims to address key barriers to AI adoption, including trust, relevance, and industry-specific knowledge.
