Oncare Raises INR 27 Cr Series A to Expand Oncology Care Network in India

The round also saw participation from Huddle Ventures, Lotus Herbal Group, SteerX, and Tremis Capital.

Oncare, an oncology care platform, has raised INR 27 crore in a Series A funding round led by Sky Impact Capital to scale its cancer care network across India. The round also saw participation from Huddle Ventures, Lotus Herbal Group, SteerX, and Tremis Capital.

The company said the funds will be used to expand operations in metro markets as well as Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. Investments will also focus on technology systems to streamline clinical operations and enhance care coordination.

“A cancer diagnosis is overwhelming enough. Access to the right care should not make it harder,” said Deepak Kumar, Co-founder of Oncare. He added that the company aims to make high-quality treatment more accessible, transparent, and patient-focused across India.

India’s oncology care market is projected to reach INR 43,000 crore by FY28, growing at a compound annual growth rate of approximately 14%. Despite growth, access to treatment remains uneven, with capacity concentrated in major hospitals.

Oncare operates a distributed oncology model, integrating medical, surgical, and radiation oncology services within accredited hospitals. The platform provides clinical governance, insurance integration, and transparent pricing.

Aakash Sachdev, Founder of Sky Impact Capital, noted, “India’s oncology challenge cannot be solved by infrastructure alone; it requires operating systems that scale quality, affordability, and trust together.” He added that Oncare represents a next-generation approach to oncology care.

Founded in 2023 by Amar Sneh and Deepak Kumar, Oncare currently operates four centres across Delhi NCR. The firm plans to build a national oncology network through a capex-light model, aiming to provide treatment closer to patients’ homes.

Sky Impact Capital invests in healthcare, education, and consumer businesses, focusing on companies positioned for high growth and capable of delivering measurable impact.
