Confido Health plans to use the funding to enhance its AI technology stack and broaden its reach across specialties such as surgery, orthopedics, dental, and pediatrics.
New York-based AI-focused healthtech startup Confido Health has raised $3 million in its seed funding round, led by Together Fund.
The funding also saw participation from MedMountain Ventures, Rebellion VC, DeVC, Operators Studio, and strategic healthcare operators.
The startup had previously raised a pre-seed round led by Momentum Capital.
Confido Health plans to use the funding to enhance its AI technology stack and broaden its reach across specialties such as surgery, orthopedics, dental, and pediatrics.
Co-founded by Chetan Reddy and Vichar Shroff, the startup leverages AI-powered digital workers to handle tasks like appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and care coordination. The platform’s no-code deployment ensures integration with existing healthcare systems in under five minutes, enabling efficient automation.
Confido Health processes unstructured data from multiple systems in a HIPAA-compliant manner, facilitating real-time task completion. Unlike platforms reliant on public datasets, Confido’s digital workers are validated using real-world data. They can engage with patients in multiple languages and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The startup claims to serve over 15 customers across more than 50 locations, reaching approximately 50,000 patients every month.
