Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, has stepped in as an investor in a $9 million series C funding round for AngelEye Health, signalling growing momentum behind technologies designed for neonatal and pediatric care.

The startup’s platform is already used in more than 350 hospitals, offering livestream video for family connections, feeding workflows and documentation tools, discharge readiness support, and AI-driven insights for clinicians.

The investment also brings governance participation from the hospital, with Luke Brown, its vice president of finance and treasury, joining AngelEye Health’s board as an observer.

In a statement, Brown said, “AngelEye’s mission to empower families and equip care teams in the NICU and pediatric settings aligns strongly with our goals as a pediatric health leader.”

The funding marks continued interest in digital tools that strengthen communication, improve family engagement and provide real-time data support within critical care environments.

As NICU and PICU teams nationwide look for ways to streamline care, platforms like AngelEye are becoming central to how hospitals manage patient-family connectivity and clinical workflows.
