Healthtech Startup HeyDoc AI has announced the launch of a multi-agent voice-orchestrated healthcare model in partnership with ClearMedi Healthcare, a Morgan Stanley company, marking a new approach to voice-enabled patient engagement across healthcare settings.
The model integrates empathetic voice agents across multiple patient touchpoints, including hospital receptions and mobile applications, aiming to manage patient interactions from appointment scheduling to post-care follow-up.
According to the startup, the system goes beyond a conventional voice interface and is positioned as an agentic framework for healthcare delivery.
Powered by HeyDoc AI’s WellnessGPT Orchestration Engine and HealthMem, described as an auditable temporal health memory, the voice agents are designed to operate in over 35 languages.
Further, the system is built to triage patient needs, manage care workflows, and support patient journeys while maintaining continuity across interactions.
Under the leadership of Cmdr Navneet Bali, ClearMedi Healthcare stated that ClearMedi 2.0 is focused on breaking the “data-blind” barrier in healthcare delivery. The initiative aims to enable more informed, connected, and continuous care experiences across geographies.
