Pivot Point Consulting has partnered with the Microsoft Rural Health Resiliency Program to expand access to Microsoft Dragon Copilot, an enterprise-grade AI solution designed for rural hospitals across the United States.
The initiative includes discounted pricing and implementation support aimed at increasing AI adoption among independent rural facilities.
Under the program, Microsoft is offering a 60% discount off the manufacturer’s suggested retail price to eligible independent Critical Access Hospitals, Rural Emergency Hospitals, and Rural Community Hospitals. The offer is available through the Rural Health Resiliency Program.
Dragon Copilot provides AI-driven capabilities, including ambient clinical listening, automated documentation, and real-time visit summarization. The solution is designed to integrate with existing clinical systems and workflows, with the goal of reducing administrative burden for clinicians.
Laura Kreofsky, director of Rural Health Resiliency at Microsoft, said the solution is intended to deliver advanced AI tools at a cost accessible to rural providers. “Dragon Copilot brings ambient listening, automated documentation, and workflow intelligence to rural clinicians, backed by the strength of Microsoft’s secure cloud platform,” she said.
Pivot Point Consulting will support rural hospitals in implementing the technology. The firm will provide free Dragon Copilot readiness assessments, workflow engineering, and governance design, along with educational initiatives including webinars and virtual demonstration sessions.
Zack Tisch, partner (Portfolio Solutions) at Pivot Point Consulting, said the collaboration focuses on helping rural clinicians address administrative workload challenges. He noted that the combination of ambient listening, automated documentation, and workflow automation is structured to support measurable operational improvements.
Rural hospitals participating in the program can request a no-cost readiness assessment through Pivot Point Consulting. Facilities not yet enrolled in Microsoft’s Rural Health Resiliency Program must register to access the discounted offer and related services.
