MeshApp Launches Digital Platform to Streamline Doctor–Pharma Interactions

The platform offers healthcare professionals tools for communication, medico-legal assistance, and streamlined workflow support.
MeshApp has announced the launch of a new digital platform designed to enhance collaboration between doctors and pharmaceutical representatives in India.
The platform offers healthcare professionals tools for communication, medico-legal assistance, and streamlined workflow support.
One of the platform’s key features is access to exclusive insurance plans at discounted rates. These plans offer financial protection with low premiums. Doctors can also generate referrals for insurance products, with backend teams handling all sales-related procedures. This allows doctors to remain uninvolved in sales while receiving referral-based earnings.
The MeshApp team said, “Our mission is to give doctors more control, clarity, and time. With MeshApp, they’re not just getting a tech tool—they’re joining a movement that prioritises their well-being, simplifies interactions, and builds a stronger healthcare network.”
MeshApp also provides nationwide medico-legal assistance, with the first 15 minutes of consultation free through top law firms. The feature addresses the rising number of medical negligence cases, which exceeded 1,000 in 2023, according to NCRB data. Doctors can receive immediate guidance on consent, documentation, and liability issues.
Real-Time Engagement and Income Avenues
The platform supports real-time case discussions, diagnostics, treatment, and medical technologies updates. This enables second opinions and collaborative clinical decisions. Doctors also have the option to earn additional income through OPD insurance partnerships, advisory roles, post-marketing surveys, and participation in digitally enrolled studies.
Automated workflow tools are also being developed to ease administrative tasks such as documentation, accounting, and appointment scheduling. MeshApp aims to free up doctors’ time by reducing non-clinical workload.
According to IRDAI (2022), over 85% of OPD patients in India are uninsured. MeshApp seeks to address this coverage gap while offering clinics a passive revenue model.
Dr. Gunjan Kishor Sharma added, “As a practicing doctor, I’ve often wished for a platform that truly understands our day-to-day challenges beyond clinical work. MeshApp is that solution—it gives us community, support, peace of mind, and tools to grow professionally. I believe every doctor in India can benefit from joining this movement.”
