hellocare.ai has entered a new collaboration with the Mayo Clinic to focus on ambient clinical intelligence. The goal is to support early detection and reduce clinician workload in inpatient settings.

The company, which operates an AI-assisted virtual care delivery platform, said the partnership could lead to a more proactive approach to healthcare, improving quality of life while reducing hospitalizations and illness severity.

The announcement also includes Mayo Clinic’s participation as an investor in the expansion of hellocare.ai’s previously disclosed $47 million growth round.

AI Integration in Hospital Care Models

Currently deployed across over 70 health systems, hellocare.ai's unified platform supports ambient documentation, digital whiteboards, patient engagement, and hospital-at-home services.
