Maverick Simulation Solutions Launches High-Fidelity Critical Care Simulator ‘SIDDH’

SIDDH is a life-size, 65-kg full-body simulator built to replicate real-world critical care scenarios with physiological accuracy.

Maverick Simulation Solutions has launched ‘SIDDH’, a high-fidelity adult patient simulator designed to support hands-on clinical training across medical colleges and hospitals.

The system has been developed and manufactured in India and was unveiled at the company’s corporate office in Dwarka, New Delhi.

SIDDH is a life-size, 65-kg full-body simulator built to replicate real-world critical care scenarios with physiological accuracy. According to the company, the platform integrates advanced lung simulation technology, AI-powered ultrasound capabilities, and real-time physiological response systems to create a clinically realistic training environment.

The simulator allows doctors, nurses, paramedics, and medical students to practice complex procedures, manage emergencies, and make critical decisions in a controlled setting before treating patients. It supports training across cardiac emergencies, respiratory distress, trauma, and complex airway management.

SIDDH features dynamic lung mechanics and real-time arterial blood gas feedback that adjusts based on learner interventions. The system’s response engine adapts continuously to clinical inputs such as ventilator adjustments, airway management, and fluid resuscitation.

The platform also includes an AI-powered ultrasound module comprising more than 1,000 clinical cases. It offers probe tracking, intelligent scoring and adaptive guidance. Optional modules cover communication training, structured assessments, team-based simulations, and cloud-based performance analytics for institutional use.

Anuj Chahal, Founder of Maverick Simulation Solutions, said access to high-fidelity simulators in India has largely depended on imported systems. “With SIDDH, we are introducing a ‘Make in India’ solution that matches global standards while being tailored to Indian healthcare realities,” he said.

Dr Sunil Tomar, Director at the company, said the integration of AI-powered ultrasound, dynamic lung simulation, and automated performance tracking creates a data-driven training ecosystem comparable with global high-fidelity systems.

The company stated that SIDDH has already been installed at multiple campuses of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences and at a central government hospital in New Delhi.
