Lupin Digital Health Launches AI-Powered Cardiometabolic Wellness Platform ‘VITALYFE’

The new offering builds on LYFE, India’s first CDSCO-approved Class C software medical device (SaMD) for critical cardiac conditions, and extends its use from cardiac recovery to preventive wellness.

Lupin Digital Health, India’s cardiac digital-therapeutics company, has announced the launch of VITALYFE, an AI-powered cardiometabolic wellness platform aimed at helping working professionals manage heart health.

The new offering builds on LYFE, India’s first CDSCO-approved Class C software medical device (SaMD) for critical cardiac conditions, and extends its use from cardiac recovery to preventive wellness.

India’s corporate employees face a growing cardiometabolic crisis, with studies suggesting that up to 80 percent show early signs of hypertension and dyslipidemia — key contributors to heart aging. Factors such as long working hours, high stress, sedentary lifestyles, poor diet, and inadequate sleep have led to the early onset of cardiovascular issues.

“Cardiometabolic risks silently erode both health and productivity,” said Rajeev Sibal, president – India Region Formulations, Lupin. “With VITALYFE, we are enabling insurers and employers to combine clinical expertise with AI-driven technology to deliver scalable, measurable wellness outcomes for millions of working Indians.”

Developed using artificial intelligence, behavioral science, and computer-vision technology, VITALYFE identifies early risks and provides personalized, non-medical interventions to address the root causes of heart aging. Available through insurers, brokers, and employers, the platform allows organizations to integrate cardiometabolic wellness into employee health benefits programs, improving overall productivity and well-being while helping insurers manage lifestyle-related claims.

“At Lupin Digital Health, we have seen how evidence-based digital therapeutics through LYFE have transformed cardiac recovery,” said Sidharth Srinivasan, chief executive officer – Lupin Digital Health. “With VITALYFE, we are extending that scientific foundation to a much larger audience — helping professionals understand their heart age, make better lifestyle choices, and literally make their hearts younger. Our vision is to make cardiometabolic wellness both measurable and mainstream.”

The platform includes several AI-enabled features, such as:

  • Heart Age Journey: Calculates an individual’s heart age and provides guided steps to reduce it within three months.

  • Snap & Track: A photo-based nutrition tracker for calorie and nutrient estimation.

  • Camera-Guided Exercise: Offers real-time form assessment and feedback.

  • Guided Meditation Library and Gamified Challenges: Encourage stress management and sustained engagement.

VITALYFE also enables employers and insurers to integrate health-check data, launch company-wide wellness initiatives, and monitor collective improvements through anonymized dashboards. The platform complies with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, holds ISO 27001 certification, and ensures secure, India-based data storage.
