LISSUN Acquires Being Cares Inc. to Expand AI-Driven Child Mental Health Solutions

The integration combines LISSUN’s therapist-led clinical interventions with Being’s intelligent mental health mapping.

Mental health platform LISSUN has acquired US-based Being Cares Inc. to expand its AI-led behavioural development capabilities for children in India.

With this acquisition, LISSUN takes complete ownership of Being’s technology and team, enabling it to offer hyper-personalized, AI-powered care for over 40 emotional and behavioural conditions, such as autism, ADHD, speech delays, and learning challenges.

Varun Gandhi and Abhishek Sharma, the founders of Being Cares Inc., have joined LISSUN as its Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer, respectively.

Being Cares Inc. provides AI-based tools that analyze over 2,500 causes and real-world outcomes to deliver mental health guidance. 

The platform has served nearly one million users worldwide, offering condition-specific insights and mapping for children’s behavioural health.

The integration combines LISSUN’s therapist-led clinical interventions with Being’s intelligent mental health mapping. This will enable the delivery of tailored guidance for parents and children through digital platforms and in-person sessions.

LISSUN currently operates physical centres under the “Sunshine by LISSUN” brand to address various child development needs. Following the acquisition, LISSUN plans to scale these centres from 20 to more than 200 locations in the next 2–4 years.

Additionally, LISSUN intends to enhance its virtual support system through its digital assistant “Ray,” which will be made available to millions of parents through platforms such as WhatsApp.

Furthermore, the company plans to offer an end-to-end solution across homes, schools, and clinics by integrating real-time developmental data, therapy activities, and milestone tracking.
