Invicta Diagnostic Secures 1.37% Strategic Investment Ahead of IPO

The investment, made in exchange for 1.27 lakh equity shares, comes ahead of the company’s initial public offering (IPO).

Invicta Diagnostic, a Mumbai-based diagnostics chain operating under the brand name PC Diagnostics, has announced a strategic 1.37% secondary investment from Acharya Manish Grover, Founder and Managing Director of Jeena Sikho Lifecare. The investment, made in exchange for 1.27 lakh equity shares, comes ahead of the company’s initial public offering (IPO).

This follows Invicta Diagnostic’s June 2025 fundraising round, which saw backing from investors including Sandeep Singh, Siddharth Nahar (Sapphire Capital), and Grobiz SME Opportunity Fund, as the company prepared its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filing.

Speaking on the development, Rohit Prakash Srivastava, Promoter of Invicta Diagnostic, said, “We are honoured to have the trust and backing of such leaders of the industry. Our investors not only validate our business model but also strengthen our vision of building a future-ready and scalable diagnostics chain as we move towards our IPO.”

The company plans to raise Rs 28.12 crore through the IPO via a fresh issuance of up to 33,08,800 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10, using the book-built route. Socradamus Capital has been appointed as the sole Book Running Lead Manager, while Bigshare Services will act as the Registrar.

Invicta Diagnostic intends to allocate up to Rs 21.11 crore of the IPO proceeds for capital expenditure, primarily for purchasing medical equipment to establish five new diagnostic centres in Maharashtra. The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes and IPO-related expenses.

Founded by Dr. Ketan Jayantilal Jain and Dr. Sanket Vinod Jain, PC Diagnostics focuses on radiology and pathology services across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Both promoters are first-generation healthcare entrepreneurs and radiologists, with 15 years and 7 years of experience in the diagnostics sector, respectively. Other promoters include Rohit Prakash Srivastava, Badal Kailash Naredi, and Jayesh Prakash Jain.
