Infinitus Unveils Agentic AI Platform for Pharma Direct-to-Consumer Efforts
The platform aims to streamline patient interactions, provide real-time pricing, and ensure accurate medication information reaches consumers.
Infinitus Systems has launched a new agentic artificial intelligence platform designed to support pharmaceutical companies in their direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategies.
The platform aims to streamline patient interactions, provide real-time pricing, and ensure accurate medication information reaches consumers.
The system allows AI agents to answer key questions about medications, including dosage, storage, side effects, affordability, and pharmacy options. It integrates data from providers, payers, pharmacies, and patients to help companies navigate the complex DTC landscape.
Ankit Jain, CEO of Infinitus, highlighted that federal initiatives such as most-favored nation pricing and the White House’s TrumpRx program indicate that DTC models are becoming standard in healthcare. "We're helping that manufacturer triage all the interactions that come into their contact centers by agentically answering them," he said, noting that AI agents can guide patients in making informed medication choices.
The platform offers proactive outreach to patients who have abandoned prescriptions, identifying potential barriers such as cost, pharmacy location, and eligibility. Conversations requiring clinical input are escalated to qualified personnel, while the system provides real-time pricing data to ensure patients get the best pharmacy rates.
Additionally, the AI tool supports patient adherence by offering educational resources, symptom management tools, and timely follow-ups. Infinitus positions the technology as a bridge between AI capabilities and human expertise, aiming to enhance the efficiency of DTC engagement.
Jain emphasized that this initiative represents "the tip of the spear" in the ongoing evolution of AI in healthcare, marking a significant step toward integrating intelligent systems into patient support and pharmaceutical operations.
