IHH Healthcare Selects Oracle Fusion Cloud to Consolidate Global Enterprise Systems
The initiative is aimed at consolidating multiple legacy systems into a single, integrated cloud platform to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making across its global network.
IHH Healthcare has selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to unify its enterprise systems across finance, human resources, and supply chain functions as part of its broader digital transformation strategy. The initiative is aimed at consolidating multiple legacy systems into a single, integrated cloud platform to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making across its global network.
The multinational healthcare provider operates 190 healthcare facilities, including 89 hospitals across 10 countries. Its workforce of approximately 76,000 employees serves millions of patients annually through brands such as Acibadem, Fortis, Gleneagles, Island, Mount Elizabeth, Pantai, Parkway, and Prince Court.
Under the transformation plan, IHH will migrate to Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) applications. The ERP system is expected to enhance financial processes, governance, and productivity. The HCM platform will streamline HR operations and provide improved workforce insights, while the SCM system will strengthen procurement processes, inventory visibility, and supply chain management.
The company stated that the transition from fragmented legacy systems to a unified digital backbone is intended to improve business process visibility and enable automation supported by artificial intelligence capabilities embedded within Oracle’s platform.
“At IHH, we are committed to staying at the forefront of healthcare technology as a key enabler of better patient outcomes and experience,” said Dilip Kadambi, Group Chief Financial Officer, IHH Healthcare. He added that the organization’s digital strategy is built on core systems, data platforms, and AI capabilities, with the goal of enabling the group to operate as a more integrated global network.
According to Oracle, the platform will allow healthcare providers like IHH to align operations across different regulatory environments while improving efficiency and reducing costs. “With Oracle Fusion Applications, IHH Healthcare can unify critical business functions on a single platform, align with local requirements, and leverage embedded AI to automate processes,” said Garrett Ilg, Executive Vice President, Japan & Asia Pacific, Oracle.
The implementation is positioned as part of IHH’s ongoing efforts to modernize its enterprise architecture and strengthen operational consistency across its international healthcare ecosystem.
