Mumbai-based Healthtech startup, HaystackAnalytics, has raised $5 Million at a recent funding round aimed at expanding its genomics-driven diagnostic solutions across India.

Founded in 2018 at the IIT Bombay, the genomics-based diagnostics company focuses on leveraging advanced genomics to improve the speed and accuracy of disease detection, particularly in infectious diseases.
The platform is supported by India's leading science agencies, such as
including Department of Science and Technology (DST), Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC), and Department of Biotechnology (DBT), enabling the application of genomics in infectious disease diagnostics.
The startup develops solutions that enable clinicians and diagnostic laboratories to access scalable and data-driven insights supporting more informed clinical decision-making.
The new capital infusion will be deployed to strengthen the company’s clinical genomics product portfolios and expand its footprint across hospitals and diagnostic labs nationwide.
The startup further aims to enhance the accessibility of next-generation genomic testing by integrating its solutions more widely into existing healthcare infrastructure.
As per reports, the startup has also outlined plans to raise an additional $25 million to further expand its operations in the global markets and enhance AI integrations within its platforms.
