HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited (HCG) has appointed Pankaj Gautam as Chief Technology & Security Officer, effective February 15, 2026, following board approval on February 5.

Gautam will join the company’s Senior Management Personnel and oversee enterprise-wide technology strategy, security operations, and digital health initiatives.

Gautam brings over 20 years of experience at the intersection of healthcare and technology, with leadership roles in major healthcare organizations, including Rainbow Children’s Hospitals, Glenhealth Works, and Apollo Hospitals. His expertise spans digital health strategy, large-scale enterprise transformation, technology-enabled care models, and operational leadership in healthcare settings.

In his new role, Gautam will drive HCG’s digital and technological initiatives, focusing on integrated health delivery networks, enterprise HIS/EMR-EHR platforms, and scaling technology-enabled care models. He will also lead the organization’s technology security efforts, ensuring robust infrastructure and data protection across the HCG network.

Commenting on the appointment, HCG stated that Gautam’s experience positions him to strengthen the organization’s technology and digital health capabilities while supporting operational excellence across its hospitals and care facilities.

The appointment is effective on or before February 15, 2026, and marks a strategic addition to HCG’s senior management team, reflecting the company’s focus on advancing healthcare technology and security initiatives across its operations.
