Healthcare AI Startup OpenEvidence Raises Fresh Capital at $12 Bn Valuation

OpenEvidence, a healthcare artificial intelligence startup described as “ChatGPT for doctors,” is raising $250 million in equity financing at a valuation of $12 billion.

As per the report dated December 12, OpenEvidence currently generates annual recurring revenue of $150 million.
Earlier in 2025, the company raised $75 million in a Series A funding round. In November, OpenEvidence also entered into a partnership with the American College of Cardiology aimed at accelerating the translation of medical research into clinical practice.
