This partnership will utilize AI-driven solutions to boost operational efficiency, streamline service delivery, and enhance patient care.

HCLTech will implement its full-stack AI solution, the HCLTech AI Force platform, to optimize operations and minimize manual tasks. 

This system leverages natural language processing to digitize hospital management into a scalable digital solution.

Dave Lundal, Senior Vice President & CIO at Children’s Minnesota, stated that this collaboration will help the hospital remain focused on providing world-class pediatric care while driving operational innovation.
