Leveraging AI-driven predictive analytics, the platform analyzes patient data to deliver early alerts and personalized health recommendations, enabling proactive care.

GOQii, a preventive healthcare company, has partnered with Acrannolife Genomics, a precision diagnostics firm, to launch the GrafCare Program.

This initiative uses artificial intelligence (AI), genomic diagnostics, and personalized health monitoring to enhance post-transplant care for organ recipients in India.

Post-transplant care presents unique challenges, including the risk of organ rejection and infection.

The GrafCare Program combines Acrannolife’s patented Trunome Test with GOQii’s smart health ecosystem to address these issues.

The Trunome Test, a non-invasive blood test, identifies early signs of complications, enabling healthcare providers to act before problems worsen.

AI supports this process by analyzing patient data to generate timely, actionable insights.

Features of the GrafCare Program

The GrafCare Program offers a range of tools and services designed to support transplant recipients throughout their recovery journey.

Leveraging AI-driven predictive analytics, the platform analyzes patient data to deliver early alerts and personalized health recommendations, enabling proactive care.

Patients also benefit from tailored recovery plans, crafted by nutritionists and counselors who consider individual genetic profiles and health information to optimize recovery outcomes.

Additionally, the program provides financial assistance through interest-free loans for up to a year, discounts on essential immunosuppressants, and complimentary diagnostic tests, including Tacrolimus monitoring and kidney/liver function assessments.

Proactive Approach to Post-Transplant Care

The GrafCare Program focuses on anticipating health issues rather than responding after complications arise.

This proactive approach aims to improve patient outcomes and enhance the quality of life for transplant recipients.

“This is more than a health program; it’s a lifeline for transplant recipients,” said Vishal Gondal, Founder & CEO of GOQii.

Agragesh Ramani, Co-founder of Acrannolife Genomics, emphasized the role of AI and genomics in patient care, and said, “The GrafCare Programme, powered by our US-patented Trunome test, allows early detection of organ rejection, giving patients the best chance to protect their grafts and focus on recovery.”

With over 20,000 transplants performed annually in India, the GrafCare Programme aims to meet the growing need for comprehensive post-transplant solutions.

The long-term plan includes expanding into Southeast Asia and the Middle East, where the demand for post-transplant care is increasing.

The program highlights the role of AI and genomics in providing personalized and affordable healthcare options.
