GABIT Acquires Näck to Build an Integrated Digital Health Ecosystem

Users can identify nutritional gaps through wearable data and diagnostics, introduce targeted Näck supplements, and then observe changes reflected in their health metrics over time.

GABIT, a Gurugram-based healthtech and wellness brand, has acquired Näck, a Sweden-origin clean nutrition brand, as part of its push to build a tightly integrated health ecosystem that connects tracking, diagnostics, and nutritional supplementation.

The acquisition brings together GABIT’s wearable-led health tracking platform and Näck’s science-backed supplements, enabling users to link nutrition intake with measurable health outcomes.

Founded in 2022 by Gaurav Gupta and Arpana Shahi, GABIT operates at the intersection of wearables, diagnostics and AI-led health guidance. The company is best known for its titanium smart ring, which continuously tracks parameters linked to sleep, fitness, stress, and nutrition.

Over time, GABIT has expanded its platform to include smart scales, blood work analysis, and integrations with continuous glucose monitoring systems, allowing users to track more than 150 health markers in one place.

With the addition of Näck, GABIT is extending this data-driven approach into the nutrition layer.

Näck’s supplements are designed around recommended dietary allowances and developed with a focus on clean-label formulations. The brand carries Informed Choice certification and tests products against more than 250 banned substances, positioning it for use by both athletes and consumers seeking transparent, science-led nutrition.

According to GABIT, the integration is intended to close the loop between insight and action.

Users can identify nutritional gaps through wearable data and diagnostics, introduce targeted Näck supplements, and then observe changes reflected in their health metrics over time.

“Health is interconnected,” said Gaurav Gupta, founder of GABIT. “The impact of what you put into your body should be just as measurable as how you move, sleep, and recover.”

The company says this approach marks a shift away from passive monitoring toward outcome-driven health management.

By linking supplement intake directly with data from wearables and lab results, GABIT aims to make nutrition decisions more objective and evidence-based. “Good habits feel even better when they show up in your data,” said Arpana Shahi, Co-Founder of GABIT.

The acquisition makes GABIT one of the few digital health platforms in India to combine wearable hardware, diagnostics, AI coaching, and branded supplements under a single ecosystem.
