FutureCure Health Completes INR 104 Cr Funding Round to Expand Vertigo Care

This follows an earlier USD 4 million funding round in 2022 backed by Kotak Alternate Asset Management, RVCF Ventures, and Unicorn India Ventures.

FutureCure Health has completed an INR 104 crore funding round to expand access to diagnosis and treatment for vertigo and balance disorders in India and overseas. The funding will be used to scale operations of NeuroEquilibrium, its vertigo-focused diagnostic and rehabilitation network, amid rising demand for specialised care.

The round was led by Carnelian Asset Management LLP, with participation from other investors. This follows an earlier USD 4 million funding round in 2022 backed by Kotak Alternate Asset Management, RVCF Ventures, and Unicorn India Ventures.

Vertigo and balance disorders affect an estimated six crore people in India. A significant portion of these cases are either misdiagnosed or managed primarily through symptom-suppressing medication, rather than therapies targeting the underlying cause. Industry experts have flagged gaps in specialist availability and diagnostic precision as key challenges in vertigo care.

FutureCure Health operates NeuroEquilibrium as a wholly owned subsidiary. The company runs a chain of diagnostic and rehabilitation clinics focused on identifying the root cause of vertigo, including issues related to the inner ear, neurological pathways, or balance systems. Based on diagnosis, patients are directed toward condition-specific treatment protocols.

NeuroEquilibrium currently operates more than 300 clinics across India and 16 other countries. The network works in collaboration with hospitals, ENT clinics, and neurology centres. According to the company, its platform has supported diagnosis and treatment for over 150,000 patients to date.

The fresh capital will be used to expand clinic presence, strengthen technology-led diagnostic capabilities, and deepen partnerships with hospitals in India and global markets. FutureCure Health also plans to extend its diagnostic approach into adjacent chronic conditions, including migraine and diabetes, where symptom overlap and diagnostic complexity remain common.

Commenting on the funding, Rajneesh Bhandari, Founder of FutureCure Health, said the company aims to scale technology-driven diagnostics to address specialist shortages in super-speciality healthcare. He added that precision diagnostics can improve reach and consistency of care delivery across geographies.

Dr Anita Bhandari, Founder of FutureCure Health, highlighted that vertigo and dizziness are frequently misdiagnosed, leading to delayed treatment. She said the company’s clinical experience has shown that accurate diagnosis plays a central role in improving patient outcomes and that the funding will support wider global access to specialised vertigo care.
