Fannin UK Completes Integration of ISKUS Health UK Business
The integration broadens Fannin UK’s portfolio of medical devices and solutions, providing healthcare providers across the UK with improved access to a wider range of innovative and high-quality products.
Fannin UK has officially completed the integration of ISKUS Health UK into its business, following regulatory approval from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, marking a significant step in expanding its presence in the UK medical devices market.
The integration broadens Fannin UK’s portfolio of medical devices and solutions, providing healthcare providers across the UK with improved access to a wider range of innovative and high-quality products.
Established in 2012 as part of the ISKUS Health Group, ISKUS Health UK has built a reputation as a trusted supplier of medical and surgical devices, consumables, and sterile single-use products.
By combining Fannin UK’s scale and operational expertise with ISKUS Health UK’s clinical focus, the integration aims to enhance patient safety, efficiency and care outcomes, while offering a market-leading product portfolio.
As part of the integration, Stuart Murray, co-founder and former Commercial Director within the ISKUS Health Group, has assumed the role of Commercial Director of Fannin UK and its International Surgical Division.
With more than 25 years of experience across UK and international healthcare markets, Murray joins Fannin alongside the wider ISKUS Health UK sales team, which has been fully integrated to strengthen nationwide sales capacity while maintaining customer relationships.

ISKUS Health UK adds several product ranges to the Fannin portfolio, including the Kurin Jet blood culture collection system, Swash patient hygiene products, DryMax fluid-control floor mats, Tecnodrape Iodine surgical incise drapes, tracheostomy and wound drainage products from Primed, non-sterile clinical apparel, surgical draping solutions and procedure kits.
