Elevate Health Technologies, D2 Solutions Partner on Prior Authorization Integration

The partnership integrates D2 Solutions' UltraTouch Verify technology into OnePulse Connect, allowing healthcare providers to manage prior authorizations directly within their existing workflows.

Elevate Health Technologies has entered into a strategic collaboration with D2 Solutions to integrate advanced prior authorization technology into its OnePulse Connect platform, targeting one of the most persistent administrative barriers in healthcare.

Prior authorizations often delay patient access to specialty medications and create additional workload for providers.

The partnership integrates D2 Solutions' UltraTouch Verify technology into OnePulse Connect, allowing healthcare providers to manage prior authorizations directly within their existing workflows.

According to Elevate, practices using D2’s UltraTouch Verify reported an average approval time of less than 22 hours, compared with an industry average of 2.1 days for specialty medications and up to 30 days for complex cases. The platform also achieved an approval rate of up to 96% across all first-time submissions.

The integrated solution combines workflow management, analytics, and dedicated Prior Authorization Certified Specialists® to support providers in reducing administrative burden and accelerating therapy initiation.
