The funding aims to enhance ekincare's corporate primary and preventive healthcare solutions through AI-driven technologies.
Ekincare, an AI-powered digital health platform, has raised an undisclosed strategic investment from MSD IDEA Studio Asia Pacific, part of the MSD Global Health Innovation Fund (MGHIF).
The round also saw participation from ekincare’s existing investor, HealthQuad. The funding aims to enhance ekincare's corporate primary and preventive healthcare solutions through AI-driven technologies.
With this new investment, ekincare aims to expand its cashless Outpatient Department (OPD) network and refine its AI-powered analytics, improving preventive care, chronic disease management, and employee wellness programs.
Adding insights, Kiran Kalakuntla, co-founder and CEO of ekincare, said, "Healthcare in India is at a turning point. "Healthcare in India is at a turning point. This investment from MSD IDEA Studio, along with support from HealthQuad, will help us deliver personalized healthcare through our AI-driven approach."
Over the last five years, ekincare has expanded its corporate client base tenfold and increased network coverage by six times. The company has also quadrupled its range of healthcare services, offering broader access to care for employees.

Founded in 2015 by Kiran Kalakuntla, Srikanth Samudrala, and Noel Coutinho, ekincare has rapidly grown to provide integrated healthcare solutions powered by AI, data analytics, and telemedicine. The company has already partnered with over 1,000 companies and built a network of more than 40,000 healthcare providers across India.
