Cleveland Clinic has partnered with DASI Simulations to develop AI-powered predictive modeling tools for the treatment of structural heart diseases.
As part of the agreement, Cleveland Clinic will also adopt DASI’s current technology to assist in planning and treatment for its transcatheter aortic valve replacement procedures..
The organizations are pursuing a two-year co-development initiative aimed at creating the world’s first AI “co-pilot” system for interventional cardiology. The system is designed to assist physicians during procedures by combining DASI’s AI modeling with Cleveland Clinic’s clinical data and expertise.
DASI’s existing product, PrecisionTAVI, is the only FDA-cleared tool in this area with a CMS reimbursement code. The platform converts CT imaging into a four-dimensional environment to help tailor valve replacement procedures for patients.
