CitiusTech Partners with Ventra Health to Launch Agentic AI-Powered Revenue Intelligence Platform
The platform, branded vCision, leverages AI, automation, and adaptive models to identify revenue leakage and target opportunities for operational improvement.
CitiusTech has entered into a partnership with Ventra Health to engineer and deploy an Agentic AI-powered revenue intelligence platform designed to improve revenue cycle performance across healthcare operations.
The platform, branded vCision, leverages AI, automation, and adaptive models to identify revenue leakage and target opportunities for operational improvement.
The collaboration will see CitiusTech support the accelerated development and deployment of the platform through its engineering, data, and artificial intelligence capabilities. Ventra Health is also establishing a new Global Capability Center focused on engineering, data, and platform delivery as part of its broader AI platform initiative, aimed at integrating Agentic AI solutions across its business portfolio.
Rajan Kohli, chief executive officer of CitiusTech, said the partnership combines Ventra’s revenue cycle management expertise with CitiusTech’s healthcare engineering and Agentic AI capabilities to deliver intelligence that can be embedded directly into operational workflows. He noted that the focus is on improving financial predictability and reducing revenue leakage for healthcare providers.
According to data shared by the companies, vCision has demonstrated measurable performance improvements during early deployments. The platform has shown a 19% improvement in first-pass payment rates and a 26% reduction in initial denial rates, while also accelerating the recovery of delayed reimbursements through AI-driven revenue intelligence workflows.
vCision is designed to support Ventra’s revenue cycle experts by improving processing accuracy, reducing preventable denials, and enabling faster adaptation to changing reimbursement patterns. The platform is also built to deliver real-time education and training to operational teams, while extending enterprise data and analytics capabilities within Ventra’s existing vSight platform, which was launched in late 2023.
Steven Huddleston, chief executive officer of Ventra Health, said the platform supports the company’s strategy to develop proprietary revenue intelligence solutions that respond to evolving reimbursement guidelines and payer requirements. He added that vCision is intended to enable faster, data-driven decision-making within Ventra’s revenue cycle management services.
The platform draws on curated, high-precision data from Ventra’s vSight enterprise analytics infrastructure. vCision’s AI models are monitored and optimized by domain experts to deliver transparent performance metrics and measurable outcomes. The platform includes nine revenue intelligence solutions aimed at accelerating collections, increasing reimbursement, and improving quality outcomes.
Ventra Health is a portfolio company of Varsity Healthcare Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm.
