CitiusTech Acquires Health Data Movers to Strengthen Healthcare Integration Capabilities
The partnership aims to embed intelligence and automation into operational platforms, including EMR, ITSM, and ERP.
CitiusTech has acquired Health Data Movers, a US-based healthcare technology services firm, to enhance integration capabilities across Epic, Workday, ServiceNow, and other core healthcare platforms.
The acquisition is aimed at helping healthcare providers unify complex technology ecosystems and improve clinical workflows.
Providers are increasingly facing pressure to deliver connected patient and clinician experiences while integrating new technologies such as Agentic AI, Cloud systems, and AI Scribes into existing platforms.
Epic, widely used as the digital backbone in hospitals, remains central to these efforts by supporting interoperability and embedding analytics and AI into clinical processes.
Combining CitiusTech’s AI, data, and automation solutions with Health Data Movers’ integration expertise allows intelligence and automation to be embedded directly into operational platforms like EMR, ITSM, and ERP. This integration seeks to reduce change management risks while enabling scalable solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and patient care outcomes.
“This is a pivotal moment and a huge opportunity for CitiusTech and Health Data Movers, as we meet the demands of a rapidly transforming healthcare landscape. By combining forces, we are redefining the path to seamless integration and infusing AI and intelligent automation into clinical operations. Together, we empower our customers to unlock transformative efficiencies, deliver connected patient care, and accelerate innovation, all within the systems they trust. This partnership strengthens CitiusTech’s position as a strategic partner across the healthcare ecosystem,” said Rajan Kohli, CEO, CitiusTech.
With Health Data Movers’ expertise in Epic implementation and integration, CitiusTech will now operate at the core of the Epic ecosystem, targeting critical challenges in healthcare technology adoption and workflow efficiency.
