Chandan Healthcare to Raise INR 104 Cr via Preferential Issue, Partners with Jeena Sikho Lifecare

The company said the issue structure includes participation from both promoter groups and strategic institutional investors, reflecting market confidence in its growth outlook.

Diagnostics and healthcare services provider Chandan Healthcare announced on Tuesday that its board has approved a fundraise of INR 104.13 crore through a preferential issue of warrants and an exclusive nationwide diagnostic partnership with Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd.

According to the company’s exchange filing, the board approved the issuance of up to 44,50,000 fully convertible equity warrants on a preferential basis at an issue price of INR 234 per warrant, aggregating to around INR 104.13 crore.

The company said the issue structure includes participation from both promoter groups and strategic institutional investors, reflecting market confidence in its growth outlook.

Chandan Healthcare also announced an exclusive strategic partnership with Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd., an Ayurvedic healthcare provider. The collaboration aims to establish diagnostic centers across all existing and upcoming Jeena Sikho hospitals and clinics across India.

“A major part of the funds raised will be deployed towards organic and inorganic expansion, including setting up new diagnostic laboratories, upgrading infrastructure, and strengthening working capital to support our fast-growing operations,” said Amar Singh, Promoter and Managing Director of Chandan Healthcare Limited.

“This infusion will enable us to enhance capacity, deepen market presence, and accelerate our pan-India growth momentum,” Singh added.

The fundraising and partnership mark a key strategic step for Chandan Healthcare as it looks to expand its diagnostics footprint across the country in collaboration with Jeena Sikho Lifecare.
