Care ADHD Expands Global Operations with First GCC in India
The GCC will strengthen the company’s technology capabilities, enhance operational support, and back its virtual care platform, Duty Doctor.
UK-headquartered digital mental health scale-up Care ADHD has inaugurated its first Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru, marking a key step in expanding its global tech and innovation presence.
The facility was officially opened by Chandru Iyer, Deputy Trade Commissioner to South Asia (Investment) and British Deputy High Commissioner to Karnataka and Kerala. The Bengaluru centre aims to leverage India’s engineering and product talent as Care ADHD scales its global operations.
The GCC will strengthen the company’s technology capabilities, enhance operational support, and back its virtual care platform, Duty Doctor.
“Bengaluru has emerged as one of the most vibrant technology innovation hubs globally, and the company’s decision to build its GCC in the city reflects its commitment to accessing top-tier talent,” said Mark Pattison, CEO of Care ADHD.
James Whitebread, CTO, added that the centre will focus on next-generation diagnostic tools, intelligent patient engagement systems, and seamless integrations for virtual consultation services. “The new centre will act as the nucleus for tech-driven product development across the organisation,” he noted.
Chandru Iyer welcomed the expansion, stating, “It is encouraging to see UK healthcare organisations expanding in India and inspiring to witness how UK–India collaboration is strengthening the mental health ecosystem, especially through digital-first solutions.”
The Bengaluru GCC will facilitate close collaboration between clinicians, product teams, and engineering talent to enhance diagnostic accuracy, improve patient experience, and accelerate innovation in digital mental health solutions.
