Through this collaboration, both healthcare organisations aim to deploy the InterSystems TrakCare unified health information system across Bupa CareConnect for its virtual clinic, home healthcare, and physical clinics as its core platform to strengthen digital healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes.
The new initiative is designed to enhance service accessibility, streamline care coordination, strengthen clinical decision-making, optimise operational workflows, and boost patient engagement across every stage of care.
Commenting on the new collaboration, Dr. Abdullah Khafagy, Executive Director, Medical, Bupa CareConnect, said, “This partnership marks an important step toward delivering a seamless, digitally connected care experience for our members, with TrakCare enabling enhanced quality, efficiency, and accessibility across our virtual, home, and physical care services.”
